| 1- |
Family memberships (spouse and kids high
school age and younger) are $300
per year. Memberships are good from July though June of the following year. Membership dues are due
on June 1st of each year. A $25 fee will
be assessed for late payments on June 15. Members not paid by July 1 will be
dropped from the membership. New members must pay a $25 initiation fee in
addition to their dues. The late fee is waived for new members. The club
membership is limited to 12 members. |

Each member is allowed one
guest hunter per day at $40 per day or $20 per half day. No guest may hunt
more than twice a year. No guests are allowed on opening day of deer gun season
or turkey season. |

| 3- |
All members, family members, and guests must
sign in and out each time they visit club lands. Each member and guest must
chose one of the zones or club stands to hunt by hanging their name tag on a
hook in that zone or on a hook for one of the club stands. Hunters must only
hunt
in the zone or stand they choose. Hunters may share a zone by prior mutual
agreement. Zone hunters may not hunt within 200 yards of a club stand. |

All members are responsible
for their guests, including fees, fines, accommodations, behavior, and/or suspensions.
Children of members must be under the close supervision of a parent or guardian
who is a member. |

| 5- |
All members and guests must
list all deer and turkey kills on the harvest sheet. The next to last member to leave must wait
for the last member or guest to be sure everyone has had an accident free
hunt. |

| 6- |
Any member abusing club
property will be liable for damages, fines, and/or suspension. Any member
littering will be fined $25. |

| 7- |
All state and federal laws
will be obeyed at all times. North Carolina Wildlife Resources Officers and
Warren County law enforcement officers are
encouraged by RSHC to patrol club lands. No alcohol or drugs are allowed on the
club property. |

| 8- |
Members and guests must
practice safe hunting and good woodsmanship at all times. No nails or screws
can be used to attach stands to trees. All hunters in tree stands, climbers,
or lock-ons, must use a full body harness. |
| |
|
| 9- |
Hunting
with rifles is only permitted where the hunter is a minimum of eight
feet higher than the deer. This can be a stand or a hillside. Hunters under
age 18 using rifles must be under the close supervision of a responsible
parent or guardian. No gun target shooting is allowed on the club property
during deer or turkey season or 30 days prior to the opening day of either
season. |

All members are required
to participate in the workday on the last Saturday of July. Rain date and makeup
date is the following Saturday. Workday participation must be completed at
least two weeks prior to the opening day of deer bow season. |

| 11- |
All members in good standing will receive
gate combinations and will have full hunting rights on club lands. To
maintain good standing, members must abide by club rules posted on this web
site, pay their dues, and fulfill their workday requirements. |
